Meet Mike Paulauskas

Where were you born?

Westford, Massachusetts (small town 30 minutes from Boston)

 

Where did you grow up?

Westford, lived there until about a month ago when I moved to Dayton. Attended Westford Academy for high school

 

Can you give me the basics of your career background? Education, years in the industry, years with Collins, etc.

I have some supervisory/management experience from jobs I worked while pursuing my degree in marketing from UNH (grocery store, university front desk staff, etc). Graduated from UNH in May of 2024, and worked briefly in staffing(Sales/Account Executive) before finding this opportunity.

 

How did you get into the industry?

This is my first experience in the industry, Mark told me he was looking for a new warehouse manager and I thought I could be a good fit

 

What's your favorite part about working in the pvf industry?

Everybody I’ve met so far is very outgoing and willing to help

 

What kind of passions do you pursue outside of work?

Time with family and friends, reading, films, travel when I can

 

What was your most favorite/least favorite trip and why?

Washington D.C. when I was 12 – forgot sneakers and had to walk many miles in poor footwear
