Storeroom Management Program

A Collins Pipe account manager, dedicated to your account, will visit your storeroom on a regular basis. His mission will be to perform a full review of your stock items and create a requisition to replenish those which have fallen below minimum order point. This needs list will be reviewed by you and a requisition release number assigned. Upon approval, the order can be transmitted electronically to Collins via EDI, our web based on line ordering System or e-mail for completion.

An added feature of our Managed Storeroom Program is our labeling and bar-coding program.

Here's what labeling and bar-coding provides you:

• Your purchase order number and date
• Our sales order number
• Product description
• Your Parts Number
• Quantity ordered/Quantity Shipped
• Your barcode with complete part number and quantity ordered
