We will track monthly, quarterly, and annually your exact usage on each individual item purchased from our firm.

Industrial Supply Usage Tracking

We will buy back at full contract price, any generic items (i.e.: fittings, pipe) that are resalable and normal stock for our company.

Supply Quarterly Review

We will do an in depth analysis of your actual purchases as they compare to your onsite inventory. This process will be performed each quarter for 18-24 months.

Overstock checking

We will identify those items which are either over-stocked or obsolete and set up new order points and economic order quantities on all stock items.
